East Texas Radiology Consultants is comprised of six board-certified radiologists who live right here at home in East Texas.  They are committed to providing extraordinary diagnostic imaging services to our Longview, TX and surrounding area community.

Meet Our Radiologists

Darren Duvall, MD, DABR®


Dr. Duvall has been with ETRC since 2001. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Abilene Christian University and his Doctor of Medicine degree at Texas A&M University. Dr. Duvall completed his residency at Scott & White in Temple, TX.

Randy Erwin, MD, DABR®


Dr. Erwin has been with ETRC since 1983. His undergraduate is from the University of Texas at Austin. His doctorate is from the UT Medical Branch and he performed his residency at Baylor University Medical Center.

Tim Graham, MD, DABR®


Dr. Graham graduated medical school from Southwestern Medical School. His undergraduate degree is from Harding University. His residency was completed at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, MO. He has been with ETRC for since 2001.

James Lowe, MD, DABR®


Dr. Lowe joined ETRC in 2015, after serving in the USAF. He graduated medical school from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. His residency was completed at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Ed. Consortium and his fellowship in Interventional Radiology at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.

Robert Maxey, MD, DABR®


Dr. Maxey completed his BS at Baylor University and his Doctor of Medicine degree at Uniformed Services University F. Edward Herbert School of Medicine. His residency was completed at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Ed. Consortium. He also served in the USAF.

Carl Miller, MD, DABR®


Dr. Miller joined ETRC in 2017, specializing in Interventional Radiology. He earned his BA at the University of Michigan and his Doctor of Medicine degree at University of Michigan Medical School. His residency was completed in the Department of Radiology at Johns Hopkins Hospital. His fellowship was completed at the Department of Radiology, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
